3.- RETURNS: The deadline for returns is 14 days from the delivery. The customer must notify its decision to return the product to MARINA ISLA through an email to the following address, email@example.com.
MARINA ISLA will provide to the customer the necessary instructions for returning the order, expressly indicating the address where you should do it.
The CUSTOMER must bear the direct cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal, owing to this end, hire the courier or post it deems appropriate, warning that in no event any return made in the form of “postage due” will be accepted.
The shipment will remain under the responsibility of the CLIENT, until a certification that receipt occurred in the warehouse indicated by MARINA ISLA. So we recommend for your safety always sent by a transport system certifying delivery. MARINA ISLA will not be responsible under any circumstances for damage, loss or theft occurred during shipping for return.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, without being used and with its original packaging and with all the accessories, dust bags and labels, same as they are received, as they are considered part of the product. Once the returned product has been received in our warehouse, within 48 hours it will be reviewed to verify that the product has been returned in perfect condition. Checking the condition of the product, within 48 hours we will proceed to refund the amount, notifying by email. It will proceed to carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction.
Please note that banks can take up to 10 workable days to pay a reimbursement associated with a card, depending on their internal processes of processing and card issuing entity account. Unfortunately we can not intervene in these circumstances beyond our control.
